Return Policy
No merchandise may be returned without a request being submitted to your Associate Account Manager. The written authorization will be
issued at Hudson Valley Lighting Group’s discretion and must be requested by the customer within 30 days of the original shipment date.
All merchandise must be returned in original secure packaging. If, upon receipt and inspection, merchandise is found altered, installed,
or used, Hudson Valley Lighting Group will contact the customer and advise of our findings. We will, at that time, request authorization
to return merchandise to our customer, as credit will not be issued. Freight will be at the customer’s own expense. If after 48 hours we
have no response, we will destroy said merchandise and send notification that the merchandise was destroyed, and credit will not be issued.
All returns will be subject to a handling and factory inspection charge, except for products considered by the manufacturer to be
defective in workmanship and/or materials. All new returned merchandise in factory sealed cartons is subject to a 25% restocking
charge. Special made-to-order, discontinued, and sale items are not subject to return.
Large quantity returns, and international returns are subject to review
